EXANTE Has Been Shortlisted for FTAdviser Diversity in Finance Awards 2022

Following our ‘Employer of the year’ and ‘Championing Female Equality’ nominations in the previous years, EXANTE is once again shortlisted for FTAdviser’s Diversity in Finance Awards.

We are battling it out in a new category – ‘Diversity Marketing & Recruitment Initiative of the Year’. This award celebrates marketing and/or recruitment campaigns that supported diversity and inclusion and reached a wide audience with tangible results.

Making a difference in the finance industry, we have come up with the Women Who Invest initiative. This is a space where women can teach other women about the different areas and experiences of finance and investing. It’s a platform for celebrated female speakers, webinars and knowledge transfer. At EXANTE, we go the extra mile to meet the specific priorities of women, understanding where and how they invest and how they manage risk.

A global wealthtech company, EXANTE has a presence in 20+ countries, with 500+ employees across Europe and Asia. Our workforce has been growing over 70% year-on-year between 2020 and 2022.

We also rank high in gender diversity. Female team members comprise over 30% of the total EXANTE population and 50% of C-level positions. Female equality enriches EXANTE’s project landscape and encourages out-of-the-box thinking and new ideas for development on all corporate levels.
We are proud to present our vision to the jury and fellow industry players, and the EXANTE team is enthusiastic about this year’s FTAdviser nomination. The winners will be announced at the Diversity in Finance Awards ceremony in June. Stay tuned for more EXANTE news!
